A school-based behavior specialist position is available at an elementary school in Saint Paul, MN. This role involves supporting students by assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to promote positive student outcomes and a safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address behavioral challenges.
- Monitor and document student progress and provide ongoing recommendations.
- Deliver training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
Qualifications:
